Johannes (Harry) Westbroek follows his passion as a Business Coach, Corporate Strategist and Emorec Business Developer, dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs, C-level officers and trainer/coaches. Through his Self XQ Company, he continually enhances best business practices by harnessing advanced Gotcha Emotion Recognition AI Technologies.

Harry brings over 40 years of leadership experience in guiding and expanding international enterprises. holding an Nyenrode-Wharton Executive MBA, he currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Gotcha Technology, leading the launch of a global network of Emorec AI technology distributors.

His previous role as CEO of Readen Holding Corporation (RHCO) in Hong Kong involved leading ventures in fintech, e-commerce, and AI start-ups. He directed the Dutch Lotto and Instant Lottery, pioneering the first mobile payment system licensed by the Dutch National Bank.

Harry’s publishing career started in sales and marketing at VNU. He then served as Managing Director at NieuwsTribune and Wegener Magazines, published Quincy Jones’ Vibe Magazine in the Netherlands, and held a position on the Board of Directors for Independent Media (Moscow Times, Cosmopolitan, Harper’s Bazaar and Playboy) and Independent Distributors (CIS) in a joint venture with Royal Dutch Mail.

In addition to his corporate accomplishments, Harry served as Managing Director for Central Asia of the EU-TACIS Environmental Awareness program. He also imparts his expertise by teaching courses on Organization and Management, Strategy and Innovation, and Marketing and Communication to BBA and MBA students at international business schools. Fluent in Dutch, English, and Russian, his multilingual capabilities significantly enhance his effectiveness in global professional settings.

Harry enjoys being close to the cutting edges of technology and management innovation. In his free time, he loves reading books, horseback riding, playing tennis, and spending time with his best friends, his grandchildren.
